State that the site content, product photography, and brand marks belong to you, and how they may not be used.

Have a lawyer draft this clause. Limitation and disclaimer wording is the part most likely to be unenforceable if copied from another store.

Name the country or state whose law governs these terms and where disputes will be handled.
